How is payment and account data secured?

Donation and ticket checkout run through PCI-compliant processors. Login and profile data are encrypted in transit and at rest. TrueFans never stores full card numbers on our servers.

When is KYC required?

Creating an artist or venue account is free with no identity check. KYC is required only when you connect Manifest Financial to receive payouts to your bank—standard for any platform that moves money.

Which countries and currencies are supported?

Checkout and donations process in USD today. Payout availability depends on Manifest Financial onboarding for your country. Contact support before signing up if you operate outside the United States.

What happens to fan data you collect?

Fans who donate, RSVP, or opt in land in your CRM—you control outreach to opted-in contacts. Payment details stay with the processor; you receive contact info and transaction history tied to your shows. We do not sell fan lists.
