For artists, creating a profile is completely free. Artists get 80% of every donation processed, and don't pay any fees to maintain the account. The remaining 20% covers processing fees and helps to create new initiatives to directly support indie artists.

Donations are processed immediately and transferred to the artist's connected Stripe account. Artists can receive their donations in as little as 2 days depending on their bank and location.

No, fans don't need to create accounts to make donations. You can donate directly on any artist's profile page with just your payment information. In the near future, creating accounts may be available and will have advantages for repeat donors, such as tracking donation history and managing recurring donations.

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processors. Depending on your location, you may also be able to use digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or regional payment methods.

Since donations are transferred directly to artists, refunds are generally not available.
